I was going to send an email out, but giving the topic here that would not work A member told me this morning that the site's emails are going automatically to the Gmail spam folders. This happens usually by accident when a receiver labels an email as spam, and Google will start identifying it as such. To make sure you are receiving our emails, you will need to go to your spam folder and mark one of our emails as "Not spam." On a PC this is how to do it. If you do not use Gmail on a PC, rather on a phone, please contact me and I will walk you through it.

I have tried time after time to mark the emails as not spam but gmail still puts some in the spam box so I make sure to check the spam every day. My last sold item went into the spam and I had to get it into my inbox.

I decided to take a different step and change the site's email address. It may be that you are getting emails that "appear" to be spam from a gmail address, so I am changing to a new one: admin@questforbids.com. Hopefully this will resolve?
